ET Voyaj's MICE division is its own room in the house, five producers, dedicated AV partners, a roster of designers and chefs who know what a 600-pax dinner on sand actually means. No project moves through unless a producer owns it end-to-end.
We have produced incentives, conferences, gala dinners, brand activations, partner retreats and private weddings since 2014. The smallest is a 20-pax executive retreat in the Atlas. The largest is a major pharma incentive that filled several hotels at once.

June 2023. A European insurance group decides, twelve weeks out, to move its annual incentive from Mallorca to Marrakech. The brief lands on a Friday evening.
Our producer drew up a four-night program, Marrakech medina, Agafay desert gala, Atlas day-out, La Mamounia close, with full F&B production, live music, and dedicated hostesses, inside a few days. The agency took the storyboard to its client, sold the relocation, and contracted the following week.
On the gala night, dinner was served on a long table in the Agafay, lit by hundreds of lanterns, with the high Atlas in silhouette behind. The client renewed for three years on the spot.
