How we work
Twenty-two years in one country. One team, one standard.
We have spent our working lives watching first-time visitors discover Morocco, and watching the agencies who sell those journeys reach for someone on the ground they can trust to get it right, often late on a Saturday night.
ET Voyaj exists so that someone is a partner, not a contractor, the principle this house was built on. It started with a single hotel programme. The next season it was full cities. The one after, the whole country.
Twenty-two years on, every contract still passes a senior desk. We are small enough to know the name of the driver meeting your client at Marrakech Menara tomorrow morning, and structured enough to have a backup ready if his car breaks down.
That, we think, is what it means to be in trusted hands.
Ch. 05 / How ET Voyaj began
A short history of staying when others left.
ET Voyaj began in a small office in Marrakech, two computers and a team of three. No fleet, no glossy brochure, just a phone line and the conviction that Moroccan ground operations deserved someone who would answer it.
The first partnership was with a single hotel. Then a handful more. Then the big houses, the names every operator knows. From hotels we grew into cities; from cities into regions; from regions to the agencies abroad who needed someone in Marrakech to call.
We don't advertise. We don't sell to consumers. Our entire business is built, partner by partner, on the principle that the people who sell Morocco for a living deserve a counterpart on the ground who treats every booking like it bears their own name on it. Because, in a way, it does.
